"Sheri Goldman was a tremendous resource. We interviewed several agents before we selected Sheri. From those interviews, it was clear that Sheri knew the market better than anyone else we interviewed and Sheri had the best handle on what things we needed to do (and what we didn't need to do) to get the house ready to list. And on top of that, Sheri has a certificate in staging and has lots of staging props, so we were able to show the house well, at minimal cost. Based on the efforts Sheri made on our behalf during the listing/closing processes, it is also clear that Sheri is skillful in managing the clients she represents (and at times, we were a handful), she has great relationships with other realtors (something that proved helpful when we were dealing with multiple offers), and Sheri is adept at dealing efficiently with all the bumps in the road that typically come up during the home selling process. I hope that I don't have to go through the home selling process again in the near future, but if I do, I can't imagine finding anyone better to work with than Sheri Goldman."
